Side effects
The most common side effects are:
- migraine
- feeling of warmth
- stuffy nose
- upset stomach
- dyspepsia
- lightheadedness
- diarrhea
- pruritus
- muscle aches
- epistaxis (nosebleed)
- insomnia
Less common side effects also include:
- allergic reactions (hives, difficulties with breathing, rash, swelling)
- bluish vision
- blurred vision
- ears ringing
- light sensitiveness
- angina
- fainting
- nausea
- chest tightness
- confusion
- problems with speech
- sudden loss of hearing
Side effect occurrence does not only depend on medication you are taking, but also on your overall health and other factors.
Contraindications
Do not take Viagra or Super P-Force® if you are allergic to any of their components.
Do not take Viagra or Super P-Force® if you are also using organic nitrates, nitrate drug for chest pain or heart condition (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, and isosorbide mononitrate), nitrates as amyl nitrate or nitrite ("poppers").
Do not take Viagra or Super P-Force® if you take in you are taking erythromycin, medicines called alpha-blockers, ketoconazole, itraconazole (Sporanox or Nizoral), ritonavir (Norvir) or indinavir (Crixivan).
Do not take Viagra or Super P-Force® if you take other ED medications or medications to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension, such as riociguat (Adempas).
Try not to consume alcohol while using Viagra or Super P-Force®, as it can lower your blood pressure, causing dizziness and rapid heart rate (tachycardia).
Be careful with Viagra or Super P-Force® if you have heart issues and cardiovascular disease such as history of heart attack when you are taking Viagra or Super P-Force®.
Do not drive or operate machinery while taking any of these medications.
Do not take Viagra or Super P-Force® if you have a history of fainting, mania (feeling over−excited, irritable or not being able to think clearly) or severe depression.
Do not take Viagra or Super P-Force® if you have liver problems.
Do not take Viagra or Super P-Force® if you are taking medications for depression.
It is forbidden to take Viagra or Super P-Force® if you take medicines for fungal infection, (ketoconazole and itraconazole), medicines for HIV (ritonavir, saquinavir, nelfinavir and atazanavir), certain antibiotics for treating infection (telithromycin), Nefazodone (an antidepressant).
Contact you doctor or health care professional right away if the erection lasts longer than 4 hours or if it becomes painful.
Viagra or Super P-Force® is not for use in women and children.
Viagra or Super P-Force® doesn't protect you and your partner from sexually transmitted diseases (including HIV) and from pregnancy.
