Description
Amalaki is a 100% natural product manufactured by Himalaya. It is a powerful antioxidant with the richest contents of Vitamin C along with naturally occurring bioflavonoids, flavones, polyphenols and carotenoids.
Amalaki helps in protecting cells against free radical damage and thereby helps in the management of premature aging.
Amalaki provides effective resistance against many diseases especially: cough, cold, sore throat and other respiratory tract infections; premature aging; repeated episodes of respiratory infections, as an immunomodulator; dyspepsia and hyperacidity and skin disorders.

Dosage
Amalaki is available in capsules which are taken by mouth.
It is recommended to take 1 Amalaki capsule twice a day before meals.
Missing a dose
Do not take a double dose. If you miss a dose you should take it as soon as you remember about your missing. If it is the time for the next dose you should continue your regular dosing schedule.
Overdose
If you overdose Amalaki and you don't feel good you should visit your doctor or health care provider immediately.
Storage
Store at room temperature between 15 and 30 degrees C (59 and 86 degrees F) away from moisture, light and heat. Keep this medicine in the original bottle. Throw away any unused medicine after the expiration date. Keep out of the reach of children.
