Kamagra® Oral Jelly is produced by Ajanta. Kamagra® Oral Jelly contains an active chemical Sildenafil Citrate, which belongs to a drug class called phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors.

Kamagra® Oral Jelly is primarily used to manage erectile dysfunction (ED) in men between 18 and 65 years of age. Erectile dysfunction is characterized by the inability to achieve/sustain an erection adequate for satisfying sexual intercourse.

MOA (mechanism of action):

Sildenafil Citrate works by stimulating the production of nitric oxide (NO) in the corpus cavernosum when a man is sexually aroused. Nitric oxide activates the lyase enzyme which is followed by increasing levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). This cyclic nucleotide relaxes smooth muscles in blood vessels of the corpus cavernosum, increasing blood flow and thus causing a hard erection. Besides, Sildenafil Citrate was FDA-approved for the treatment of PAH (pulmonary arterial hypertension).

Dosage

Kamagra® Oral Jelly should be taken orally 10 to 20 minutes before sexual intercourse.

Squeeze the contents of one sachet onto a spoon or direct into your mouth and swallow.

Do not take more than one sachet per day.

The pack contains 7 sachets for one week.

The dose may be increased to two sachets per day if individual tolerability is taken into account.

Missing a dose

Kamagra® Oral Jelly is used only when needed, therefore missed dosages are not relevant. Do not exceed the doctor's recommended dose. Do not take a double dose of the medication.

Overdose

If an overdose occurs and you are feeling unwell, you should seek emergency medical attention or contact your healthcare provider immediately.

Storage

Contraindications

Do not take Kamagra® Oral Jelly if you are allergic to Sildenafil, other PDE-5 inhibitors (Tadalafil, Vardenafil, Udenafil, Avanafil), or to any of the medication's components.

Do not take Kamagra® Oral Jelly if you suffer from severe form of angina pectoris, arrhythmia or coronary heart disease as increased physical load may harm the heart.

Do not take Kamagra® Oral Jelly if you have renal failure in the terminal stage (the value of the CC does not exceed 30ml/min); moved stroke, myocardial infarction within the past 6 months; hereditary disorders of the retina of the eye (retinitis pigmentosa); anatomical curvature of the male penis, the propensity to priapism; chronic vascular hypertension or hypotension; joint treatment with drugs-donators nitrogen.

Do not take Kamagra® Oral Jelly if you are also using organic nitrates, nitrate drugs for chest pain or heart condition (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate and isosorbide mononitrate), nitrates as amyl nitrate or nitrite ("poppers").

Do not take Kamagra® Oral Jelly if you take other medications to treat erectile dysfunction or pulmonary arterial hypertension, such as riociguat (Adempas).

Do not take Kamagra® Oral Jelly if you are taking erythromycin, alpha-blockers, ketoconazole, itraconazole (Sporanox or Nizoral), ritonavir (Norvir) or indinavir (Crixivan).

Do not consume alcohol while using Kamagra® Oral Jelly, as it can lower your blood pressure, causing dizziness and rapid heart rate (tachycardia).

Do not drive or operate machinery while taking the medication.

Contact your doctor or health care professional right away if your erection lasts longer than 4 hours or if it becomes painful.

Kamagra® Oral Jelly does not protect you or your partner from sexually transmitted diseases or pregnancy.

Kamagra® Oral Jelly is not for use in children and women.
