Sildenafil Citrate (PDE-5 inhibitor) increases men’s ability to maintain an erection when sexual stimulation occurs. Sildenafil Citrate acts by stimulating the release of nitric oxide (NO) in response to sexual arousal in men. NO in its turn activates the lyase enzyme which followed by increasing levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). This relaxes smooth muscles in blood vessels of the corpus cavernosum, increasing blood flow and thus inducing an erection.

Early ejaculation usually occurs before man wishes it, with minimal sexual stimulation. Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) used to control ejaculation by inhibiting serotonin transporter. Dosage

Super Force Jelly® should be taken orally 15 to 30 minutes before sexual intercourse.

Do not use more than one sachet per day.

Missing a dose

Super Force Jelly® is used only when needed, therefore missed dosages are not relevant. Do not exceed the doctor's recommended dose. Do not take a double dose of Super Force Jelly®.

Overdose

If an overdose occurs and you are feeling unwell, you should seek emergency medical attention or contact your healthcare provider immediately.

Storage

Store at room temperature between 15 and 30 degrees C (59 and 86 degrees F) and away from excess moisture and heat. Throw away any unused medicine after the expiration date. Keep out of the reach of children.

Contraindications

Do not take Super Force Jelly® if you are allergic to any of Super Force Jelly’s® components.

Do not take Super Force Jelly® if you are also using organic nitrates, nitrate drugs for chest pain or heart condition (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, and isosorbide mononitrate), nitrates as amyl nitrate or nitrite ("poppers").

Do not take Super Force Jelly® if you are taking erythromycin, alpha-blockers, ketoconazole, itraconazole (Sporanox or Nizoral), ritonavir (Norvir) or indinavir (Crixivan).

Try not to consume alcohol while using Super Force Jelly®, as it can lower your blood pressure, causing dizziness and rapid heart rate (tachycardia).

Be careful with Super Force Jelly® if you have heart issues, cardiovascular disease or a history of heart attacks.

Do not take Super Force Jelly® if you have a history of fainting, mania (feeling overexcited, irritable or not being able to think clearly) or severe depression.

Do not take Super Force Jelly® if you have liver problems.

Do not take Super Force Jelly® if you are taking medications for depression.

Do not take Super Force Jelly® if you take medicines for fungal infection, (ketoconazole and itraconazole), medicines for HIV (ritonavir, saquinavir, nelfinavir and atazanavir), certain antibiotics for treating infection (telithromycin) or Nefazodone (an antidepressant).

Super Force Jelly® is not for use in women, children or adolescents under age 18 years.
